Our story
Tutoring is far from a one-size-fits-all. Let's find someone they'll love.
Let's find someone they'll love.
Our 5 Key Values
Old school values;
new school approach.
Old school values; new school thinking.
Our vales place human respect and connection first.
Both for tutors, parents and students.
What we believe and why.

Foster self-reliance
The aim is to be a victim of our own success. We work to make students academically self-reliant. Don't accept an "I think I get it”. Look for confident independent thought: topic by topic, subject by subject.

Growing up, I was convinced I wasn't a "Maths guy." I struggled to get thoughts from my brain onto paper, preferring to keep everything in my head (I had undiagnosed ADHD); of course, this led to "stupid" mistakes. I internalised those "stupid" mistakes as a sign that I was stupid.

Everything changed when I met Nick, a tutor who didn't really just teach me Maths; he taught me how to think. He gave me the space to untangle my thoughts, proving that my struggle wasn't a lack of ability, but a lack of the right process. That experience changed the trajectory of my life. Really, I'm not kidding.

Finally, I've studied (and tutored!) with ADHD — without medication; that choice has been enabled by my tutor, Nick, building a systems-oriented approach to learning and revision (i.e., I was taught not what to revise, but how to revise).
I turned my unique brain into my greatest asset. It turns out, those systems worked pretty well — well enough to build and manage a company dedicated to helping others find their own "Nick.”
