Lessons are 60 minutes. In the first lesson, I’ll usually spend around 50 minutes working with the student, then 10 minutes with you, where convenient, to reflect on how it went and outline next steps. I’ll be looking at how they handle English: whether they can move from impression to argument, use evidence precisely, and write with clarity under exam conditions.
